I install mid-range and high-end entertainment/automation/security systems for private homes.  For people that want a HTPC with every TV I install MediaPortal along with whatever other software they want to use, some of them gravitate towards using MediaPortal all the time.

I have my production setup with 1 server and 4 clients, my testing setup with 1 server and 1 client and the rest are with people that I have installed whole systems for.
