Ongoing custom modded case for my htpc [update 11/1/2007] (1 Viewer)

I have all ready build most of the pc(the specs are in my sig)

but its currantly sitting in a average tower case so ive decided to mod an old barebones case i had.

Heres some pics of the case (I know its the most ugly case in the world but it will look compleatly different when im finnished with it.)

Today i remove every thing that i didnt need/want from the case.

I plan on rebuilding the outside using acrylic and i plan on making it a desktop case rather than a tower.

Tommorow im going to make some alterations to the chassis as my motherboard wont fit it just now.

you're right - that was one of the ugliest cases in the world :p
i'm really intrigued to see what you do with it... keep the pictures coming!!

    Make a wood outer case. Then you could add feet and make it into an end table!

    I have old computer ive been planing to do that with for about i yeat but ive not got round to it yet.

    There are two colors combos im thinking about black and red or black and yellow.

    I agree. Anything but that orange for me...

    Good luck with the case mod ohdarklord. Im sure that steel chassis was able to breathe a sigh of relief after you removed that hedious Blue and silver plastic! :D
