Heres every thing i did about a month ago (i keep forgetting to post this untill now)

First off i used some acrylic to mount 2 phono connectors onto the back off the pc this allows me to connect my surround sound system to the pc wthout a addapter cable on the out side of the case.

Then using more acrylic and a bit of random metal i had from a very old computer i made a mount for the mdva. i made it so it was attached to the hard disk bay and they could both slide out together.

Im planning on removing the 5 1/4 inch bay to make some room for water cooling, if im lucky i get that done tommorow

Ive removed the 5 1/4 bay bay (got so much extra space)
Removed the gan grill at the back and moved the fan at the back to the outside of the case(got a bit more space)
Replaced all the other fans with silent ones(even the psu)

Then i found out that two silent fans are not able to keep the cpu cool so now i cant turn it on with out it overheating. (very quick)

heres a pic of the htpc just now

as you can see ive gained alot of space by removing the 5 1/4 drive.

Yesterday i ordered a big copper heat sink
Hopefully it plus silent fans or it plus normal fan going slowly should cool the computer
