Cycling items on the homescreen (1 Viewer)

I'd like to be able to stop the menu items on the home screen from repeatedly cycling, and just have a single static list that consists of the only two plugins I use - MovingPictures and MP-TVSeries.

It's admittedly a very small point, but it would wrap up my HTPC quite nicely. Thanks.

You should use the basic home (you can select which home screen you prefer).

I think I must be missing something fundamental about the way mediaportal works. I've just been flicking between Basic Home and Classic Home.

When I use classic, I get the scrolling list, and I get my plugins featured - MyTV series and Moving Pictures.

When I use Basic Home the options (TV, Radio, Videos, Weather etc.) do nothing when I select them, and I don't get my Moving Pictures and MyTv-Series.

I have, however, disabled everything in the configuration of MediaPortal other than my two favourite plugins. Do I need to map the Basic Home settings to the plugins somehow?

You need to use a skin which has a editor, like StreamedMP, Avalon etc, then you can chose what is on the BasicHome, these already have shortcuts to MovPics and TVSeries on Basichome.
