With later SVNs, a full rescan will only IMDB lookup new movies. (assuming you have selcted that option in the setup app first...)

Remote update
Is there any way to update the database from another machine in the network.
It's kind of bulky to remote connect to the media machine, close mp, start config, update the database and correct it to use the right cover image, close it and restart mp.
Yes I know that it works with the myfilm plugin and ant but the I don't like the view it makes (I use the SpinSafe Revolve skin, exelent skin which have limited support for myfilms but I've tries it in blue two to)
I like the only movie poster view (cover side by side with cover 1, 2) and not a named list with just the selected cover to the side.
Anyone know how to solve this?
