Can someone give me step by step instructions to setup the TVServer with MSSql in Vista Home Premium 64. PS log attached  It looks like a localhost client server issue on a single seat system.

I have uploaded all the logs and open to any and all suggestions, seriously though computers are supposed to make our lives better
