I came across a problem when using the Daemon tools plugin enabled in My Videos.
I've been adding all the information to my videos and it works fine without Daemon Tools enabled.
Whenever I enable Daemon Tools the My Movies section seems to "forget" certain settings.
The "exclude extension from name" feauture seems to be not working anymore (all iso's show up with a trailing".iso"). Besides that all the ISO files don't have any information linked to them.
When I turn the plugin off everything's fine again.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Well dunno 'bout any slayer plugin, but I do got some plugins installed. Don't think they could ever interfere with MP on that level, but here goes anyway;
- Uitzending gemist plugin
- My emulators
- My TV series

I still have this issue, although now I got it to a bare minimum so the only thing I have is that the extension (iso) is still showing up.
I know the MP crew is working on MP 1.0 and they did fix a lot of bugs however for know I'm still sticking with stable 0.2.3.0 cause 1.0 is causing to much issues on my system (totally fucked up VS2008 install for example).
Can anyone confirm if this bug is fixed? If there's a fix for 0.2.3.0 I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd take the time to explain it to me

I already tried loads of stuff... except for reinstalling daemon tools

    See MediaSlayer thread in plugins section. You can find patch files there for iso image problems in share view.

    Thanks for the reply. Still using 0.2.3.0 for good reasons. Tested you suggestion but as I expected it's not completely compatible.
    The WindowsPlugin is not working at all (can't see any thumbs or content in windows) and the core.dll won't let me download rss feeds.
    I guess a fix for this version of MP is kinda out of the question and I understand. Aah the terrors of backwards compatibility for us programmers :).
    I'll have to dig in the source of MP .2.3.0 I guess if I want it fixed (is the source still available of .2.3.0?)
