Hi, sand

Yes, it is possible, only have to choose the correct codec. In Spain we have a FTA h264 dvb-t channel, and some h264 codecs don't work because special features. For example the basic version of CoreAVC dont work, but the professional version works.

This thread is very interesting for us Norwegians, since DVB-T (when starting up in august/september) will broadcast strictly MPEG4/H.264-signals.

Could ppl. please elaborate what works (and what don't) when it comes to
    - codecs
    - DVB-T-cards

Also: What audiostream type is used (ppl in Norway seem to get test signals, but only picture).

This is only a test channel and the only HD channel in spain!!

    The streaming characteristic are:
    - Bandwidth: 10,2Mbps
    - Video Codec: h264 with Interlaced PAFF (only supported by the pro CoreAVC version)
    - Audio Codec: MPEG2 384Kb 2.0 (sometimes 5.1)
    - Resolution: 1080i

Almost any BDA DVB-T cards support these features.

    Codecs that support this stream:
    - CoreAVC pro
    - ffdshow (not 100% compatible)
    - Lastest Cyberlink codecs.
