Hi, I have downloaded MediaPortal several times now and everytime its downloaded and completed the installation, I get the following error message box come up: "Could not write DefaultFeature to key\products\AFC918786871D4840BED015BBF2F26D5\Features. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personel."
I am using MediaPortal on windows XP.
I get the options on the box to Cancel Retry or Ignore. I select ignore and the program starts up and runs fine. Of note is the same message occurs when I open the MediaPortal configuration. Having said it works fine, it runs ok but when I shut the program down and restart it, i lose any settings (eg new skin etc).
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this (other than removing MediaPortal and using another media centre).
