Deleting files in MyVideos doesn't always work (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 0.3.2.0 RC2
MediaPortal Skin: Blue Wide (the built in one)
Windows Version: XP

After watching for example a TVrip I want to delete it in Media Portal. This always worked perfectly in 0.2.2.0, however in 0.3.2.0 RC2 it doesn't always work.
To reproduce do the following:
1: Select a file to delete
2: Press the DELETE button on your keyboard
3: When asked if you wish to delete the file select YES
Now the file only gets deleted sometimes. It might get deleted on the first try but usually it takes 2 or more, yesterday I had to select to delete it 4 times before it took.
MP doesn't give an error message, it behaves exactly like when it manages to delete a file except that the file is still there.

I have only tested this under MyVideos so I don't know if the problem is present in the other channels also or not.

i have seen such when trying to delete a file from a networkshare. it was not able to delete it because an other user was playing it at the same time.

Yea the files are/were located in a shared directory. However the directory is local on the HTPC and no other computers were accessing the files at the time.
I've seen the behaviour atleast 3-4 times during the weekend.
