[no Bug] Deploy Tool error during installation (1 Viewer)

If I start the installation, it starts with downloading and installing DirectX 9c June 2010, then a Error came up.
I update a existing V1.1.3 installation.

Es ist ein Fehler bei der Installation der Anwendung [DirectX9C . June 2010] augetreten.
-> Error during Installation if [DirectX9C . June 2010]
No additional error codes. I only can press OK to cancel the installation.

I had the same.
I had to install it manually. I did both - DirectX and VC++2010.

After this it's working.

Some 3rd party applications/drivers keep some DirectX file in use so the silent installation fails. In some system you may be even forced to install the updated in safe mode.

Unfortunately nothing we can do on our side.

AW: Deploy Tool error during installation

There can be two things done in this case:
1st: As the installation is interrupted anyway, ask the user if he want to install DirectX/Visual-C++ Runtime in manual mode and start the installation if he say yes.
2nd: change the message to something like "Error during Installation of [DirectX9C . June 2010], try to install it manual (maybe safe-mode needed)"

It worked, thanks!

- First I unpacked and installed directX9c_june, but it also failed with error, some files used stop all programs. No program was open, I killed programs and services with the task manager but I could´t find the problem.
- Then I started W7 in safe mode -> Now I could install DXSetup.exe.
- Restart W7 - Install Mediaportal V1.2.0

I also had to manually install directx in safe mode.
