Different "unable to create graph" problem :O (1 Viewer)

Well I have recently been trying to get mediaportal to work on my PC. I have an AVerMedia AVerTV 203, and it works totally fine within it's own application (the one that came bundled) but whenever I try to add it in MediaPortal Setup, it says "unable to create graph", and then shows up like it should, but gives me the same error when I try to open myTV
