Difficulty installing mediaportal version1 X64 Win7
I believe I have DL the correct version just can't install.
Seams that mediaportal install gets stuck this after 100% of file being extracted. I've attempted this install multiple times all unsuccessfuly.

I wanted to use mediaportal for scheduled TV recordings.
Please advise

tryed install w/ firewall off. then DL winzip failed to update drivers

message wanted me to buy winzip

I have 7zip for extracting compressed files.

mediaportal install failed due to not enough netframework

yes attempted MP2 as stated in posts 4,5,&6 I see MP works w/ win7 OS so I must be doing something wronge. thanks for advising

w/ firewall turned off I’m able to DL MP2 then I unzip w/ 7zip to extract all files to C/:drive.

I’ve attempted to install net framework 4.5

Then when prompted by MP2 attempted to install net framework 4.8
