    SVNs + MePo-skins - no go?

    Old topic:Diffrence between 0.2.0.0+SVN and 0.2.1.0?

Had 0.2.1.0 installed - but wanted latest SVN due to "album-art"-fix, so I installed SVN. This made Glenn's MePo-skinns not working correct (no text or MePo's).

Tried clean install (0.2.0.0) + SVNs - same thing.

Had to use 0.2.1.0 to get the skinns working.

What is the major difference between haveing SVNs installed and just 0.2.1.0 when it comes to skinns?

Seems one can't have it all: Either these great skins from Glenn on 0.2.1.0 or lates SVNs (?).

The 2.1 Release is a somewhat tested version that is forked off of the main SVN tree at a specific point, then has features manually added as seen fit and then goes through a bit of testing. Therefor it is more stable but is less up to date than regular SVN versions , which might not run at all but are bleeding edge.

If you don't know what SVN versions are, simply don't use them and stick with what is released. Saves you headache in the long run.

Well... many usefull things are in the SVNs.. only to bad that it differs in the skin handling.

I understand that later SVNs will be created for 0.2.1.0, so I'll wait...
