Digital Channels not showing in mappings (1 Viewer)

Windows Xp3 with all fixes
2 WinTV-HVR 1600 HDTV Cards
MediaPortal 1.2.0 Beta ver 1.1.3

I am having trouble getting my channels scanned into my QAM tuner. When I go through all the different versions of QAM and scan, the tuner will stop at the right frequencies and change from No Signal (the indicator goes to High Signal Quality) and stays there for a few seconds then says Nothing Found
It continues on from there until it is done. When I go to the channels mappings there are only about 6 stations that have shown up. (those are the OTA ones). I am using Mediacom Cable service. For some reason all the normal Digital Channels dont show up, so... I cant map those to the cards.
If I use the WinTV ver7 that came with the cards ALL the Digital Channels show up along with the OTA Channels. There are close to a hundred listed and working. Using the WinTV I can watch all the channels listed. Is there some reason that WinTV would work while MediaPortal wont. Is there a setting that can be turned on within MediaPortal so that ALL channels picked up in the scan would show so that I could test and then add to the mapping? Also, within MediaPortal I dont show ANY encrypted channels.(which doesnt matter to me, but seems strange)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi again RobNCD

I think I know what is happening, but could you post some TV Server scanning logs please so I can confirm. If you're running a single seat setup then use the watchdog with option 3 to grab your logs. Otherwise, you can find the log file locations here.

    Thanks
    :)

Here they are. While trying run these it kept erroring out and was unable to open the Client MediaPortal. I havent tried to open it to view anything as this was a fresh instal... This computer was stripped yesterday and rebuilt. It only has the nec programs and WinTV.
    Thanks for your help.

I just tried a Full uninstall and did a new install server only. Unfortunately it is doing the same thing. I have included the new logs.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

    Hi again RobNCD

I was right - this is an MP 1.2.0b thing. You'll either have to go back to 1.1.3 (and wait for 1.2.0rc) or I'll have to provide you with a patch. I'd be happy to do that, although it is going to be 8 hours or so before I get home...

Thanks so Much..... I was also thinking this might be a MP 1.2.0 problem... Thats what Beta software is all about. I have no problem waiting till you get home to get a patch. That way it can be tested and moved into the next release. Although it has been a bit of a pain, I am glad that I could shed some light on a problem so that a solution could be implemented.
Ill watch for your update later, and thanks so much for your help.

    Hi again RobNCD

Thank you for your patience. :D
I reckon the attached patch should solve the problems!

    Instructions for use:
    1. Stop TV Server.
    2. Take a backup of the TVLibrary.dll in your TV Server install folder.
    3. Download and extract the attached TVLibrary.dll into your TV Server install folder.
    4. Start TV Server.
    5. You should be good to go. :D

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any trouble...
