    Hello,

I want to map a Button to shutdown the System.

If I use the "Shutdow" action or "Shutdown Windows" of Powerdown, I only get a popup menu in MP where I have to select "Shutdown" again. But I would like to have shutdown after first press of the Button.

If I select "hibernate" it does it without popup.

How can I do a direct shutdown without popup?

    Thanks!

well, acutally (as a workaround) I defined a macro which runs shutdown and a "Enter" keystroke.

or you can pass parms to shutdown automatically in 1 second
    %windir%\system32\SHUTDOWN.exe -s -t 01

I think there is an missunderstanding: I just used the Parameter "Shutdown" in Macros (this opens the Popup in MP) and after this I send a keystroke.

It's not the most elegant way, but it works... also it's hopefully just a temporary solution and I hope I can use / remap to hibernate, after replacing the TV card...
