Having problems with D11-300

I am getting the same thing on my D11-300. I am also getting the the following error in the Mediaportal.log file

[Info.][MPMain]: DirecTVTune: sending "set channel" command: 250 166
[Info.][MPMain]: DirecTVTune:Tune(): received: 141
[Info.][MPMain]: DirecTVTune:Tune(): Tune() failed! expected RETURN_VALID (240) but got 141

I am using an IO gear USB/Serial Adapter and Null modem cable. This same setup worked with Beyond TV and their Serial Changing pluggin.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Verification
