DiSEqC LevelAB problem on low freq on Sky UK. (1 Viewer)

Hello.
I have some problem whit me configuration. I cant get the DiSEqC to work for me.
I have be running mediaportal for about 4 mount whiteout problem on one Satellite. ( ViaSat 4,8e )
now I have invested in a Televes 7101 hardware to get more satellites.
SAT1 = 4,8e
SAT2 = 28,2e
SAT3 = 0,8w
SAT4 = 13e

I have 2x TechniSat SkyStar HD2 pci cards in the TV server.
The driver is: MtsBda 1.1.1.502
Tv server is registering the cards as DVB-S TechniSat Mantis DVBS BDA Receiver.

When I scanning the lnb1 everthing works good.

But in lnb2 I can only get channel higher then freq: 11222 H
The 5 freq that Sky UK is using below 11222 I get No Signal on. And I don’t understand why ?

I have read about LOF1, LOF2 and LNBSW.
But the shod be default if I understand all right.
LOF1: 9750
LOF2: 10600
LNBSW: 11700

Whit more information to you need from me to try help me whit the problem.
Do you think that this is a bug in the tv server or some problem whit me SkyStar 2 HD cards?

I am running the TV server on Windows 7 – 64bit
And the version of TV server is 1.1.3.0
