My TV recording drive is full and the DiskManagement kicks in to delete an old recording to clear up some space. However, something goes wrong and MP logs the error over and over again in an endless loop. Because of this, the log files grow rapidly until they fill up my C: drive. I've attached both MediaPortal.log and Error.log showing how I was listening to some music as MP started managing my disk space. In this example, I killed the mediaportal.exe process as soon as it stopped responding. I also cut endless repeats of the error reporded in both log files.
The real problem here is obviously that DiskManagement can't delete the recording, but this repeating logging is what kills my HTPC. I have no idea why it can't delete the file. The user running MP has full control of the recording folder. Does anyone have any ideas?
Is there anything more I can do to test this?
