Displaying selected Icon/Image/Screenshot from listview as big image? (1 Viewer)

Hi, ist this possible to display a image/thumbnail which are displayed in a listview (the selected one) as a standalone (big) image on the skinfile?

I mean i have the listview from the tv recordings where i see all thumbnails, thats fine but a little bit small i would like to show the thumbnail beside the description of the recording.

is this possible?
