Distorted (hoarse) Sound with or without ASIO (1 Viewer)

Hi,

since few SVN ago, habe a problem with Music.
Always using BASS Player with ASIO, but problem is same without using ASIO.

Sound is now terrible, really distorted and hoarse. Its like overloaded or overgained (sorry I am not native in english).

Have anyone same problem or solution?
Maybe hwahrmann??

no problems at all and for the majority it is working as well.
must be special to your environment.
if you use ASIO you should experiment with Volume settings, as some user s have reported problems there.

Hi hwarmann,

so now I can sure say its something wrong in current MP.
I tried roll back and found version of SVN where is everything OK.

This SVN is svn--05-09-2007--01-02-Rev14566. After this SVN start problem with overloaded, hoarse, jerky, distorted sound with or without ASIO (in my case). In this old SVN version dont work crossfading and I think problems comes with working crossfading (Somebody wrote in thread about crossfading about jerky sound).

I dont now exactly whats change since 14566 SVNs but something is wrong. Sound is now really horable.
