I am unable to get dolby digital to pass thru on mpeg2 files and dvd's anymore.. worked in rc3. It now all comes across as pcm - which in turn gets translated to prologic in my onkyo receiver. MyTV passes dolby digital along just fine.. Any simple thoughts before I try many things?
As of right now, I have tried the nvida audio decoder, the mpeg/dts/lpcm/ac3 decoder.. all are set to pass info through via spdf (which it does as pcm) - I have also changed the audio renderer to "directsound: realtek ac97" as well as "realtek ac97" - neither work
any thoughts?
