Double audio with MKV ! (1 Viewer)

I have installed latest MP and latest SVN, and I have a wierd problem, if a MKV video has two audio tracks I will hear them both.. at the same time... this occurs with all the MKVs with double audio...
I don't have this prob using external players, like MPC, Zoom Player, VLC

Where's the trick ?
