Hoping this will save some time for other users.
I have archived my logos directory. These logos are for NA channels only(CA and US), and the channel names have been retreived using my dvb-s card. I recently had to rename most after a switch over from stb using zap2it to dvb-s using gemx's guide grabber.
After the scan, I used the TVSetup option to rename channels with SID in front of name. Then, I cleaned up a few names to get rid of the (1) in some that scans pickeds up with the same names.
In the event that channel names are different than your actual names - at least you have a good starting point. The logos are in the format (Chan# ChanName.jpg) eg. 122 scifi.jpg. Not every channel is listed as I deleted some duplicates or unwanted ones, and some may not even have the correct logo, but I'd say its mostly complete.
Put them in your MediaPortal\Thumbs\TV\Logos. This little addon certainly makes the guide look better!

Enjoy.
