downloading the source for TV Server (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I am trying to locate the source for TV Server so I can compile it for a Vista X64 environment and test it out. I have looked in the Wiki and on SourceForge and cant find it..

Can someone help me out here and point in the right direction to locate the source... It is Open Source yes?
