DriectSound error (1 Viewer)

When attempting to start My TV plugin, I get the following messages in my logs, these are new as the exact same configuration use to work fine, until I went from an x1800xl to a 2600XT video card, but since the drivers and media codecs did not change I'm stuck as to what the problem may be. I can use the Nvidia codecs in Zoomplayer without issue so the codecs are configured and working correctly.
