DSP,VST plugins (1 Viewer)

Can anyone please recommend a DSP or VST plugin (that actually works) that will enhance music? (my collection of 50s and 60s rock and roll needs all the help it can get) I have tried several but they either don't work at all, produce buzzes or drops out on track change. TIA

I can wholeheartedly recommend Stereo Tool. It has both Winamp and VST versions available on the download page. I currently use version 6.32 of the VST plugin, because newer versions don't play well with track changes in MP. After the music player overhaul in MP1.4, I have been unable to use any Winamp DSPs successfully. Another user reported about his problems earlier on this same forum but no solution has been posted.

Thanks but I tried Stereo tool but it dropped out when stopping a track, I've found Soneq works well
