I have been using media portal for a couple of weeks now and think it is great. I got it all up working with the tvseries plug-in all works perfectly. I am running a dual display and i have no problems with setting media portal to start on the secondary screen. Powerdvd and media player classic both start on primary display. Both displayes are set at 1080p 60hz (dual display mode) The problem is once i start a file i can no longer control media portal . If i watch 10 minutes of a dvd and change my mind and want to watch something else i cant. Even if i alt tab and go to media portal it is still inactive. I have to close down the player and then media portal starts moving again. I have tried always keep media portal on top and alot of the other options. I also tried media portal on primary display and secondary Once i get the new htpc i intend to get a small 7inch lcd and have media portal running on that. And outputting to my other screens ( 1-2 oppo distribution amp in the loft ) as secondary screen Is there something i am missing. ? :thx:
