Dummy tv driver? (1 Viewer)

Hi
I need a dummy tv driver, I´m developing a skin but i dont have any tv card on my work machin, so it very difficult to design OSD displays. Cause i can´t start tv... is ther any way around this? I have a webcam but i cant get it to work in tv.. Any one got a solution or do i have to buy a tv card for this machin too??

    I was thinking about this just yesterday. It would be handy to have a dummy tv card for my plugin testing as my development PC doesn't have any tv cards.

    If anyone comes up with something let us know.
