My systems is current:
ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
(Integrated ATI Radeon X1250-based graphics) - HD support 1080p
RAM
Dual 800 MHz, 2 x 1 GB
CPU
AMD AM2, Athlon 64 LE-1600 2.2 GHz
DVB-S2 Card
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-4000
Software:
WinXP XP2, and all updates. (no sp3 yet)
MediaPortal + TVserver 1.0.0.0
CoreAVG (trial)
But when playing HD channels, the picture flickering, and some times picture stops.
- Signal on satellite 86-90% on Thor 2/3, LNB 0.3 db.
When, running HTPC as TV-server,
playback on HP laptop (Compaq nx 7300), Intel Dual Core 1,6 GHz, picture is a little more stable!
Will a Athlon X2 BE-2400 2.3 GHz (dual core) help?
