I have written a small Perl script to convert all the .ini file from ShowShifter into the dvbt.xml file that is required by MP. At the moment it is just setting the offset to 167, so it might not be correct for anything other than the UK.
It contains the frequencies for every areas in the UK and some in Europe as well.
