There seems to be a problem initialising this compro tuner card. The initial install worked, but was jerky. After installing DirectX9, the video will not display in TV (but Video file playing is fine). I have tried to disable the MS Image capture service to no avail. Audio is fine. All settings are default from install, except for capture card selection in the settings.
Another problem with using this combo card is that the analog part of the tuner is inacessible. The latest compro driver was installed though. Teletext does work though.
I am guessing that this card is not being accessed properly and I know that under redhat, I had a lot of similar trouble (esp with the dual tuner and initalisation of card).
Has anyone else tried one of these popular tuners? Any fixes??
