Shane,I had similar issues. I went into my task manager and killed off FastTVSync (InterVideo). It still took a long time before getting the Skin screen error (about 80 seconds), but after that you can fire up GraphEdit and there it is. I can only speculate it has something to do with the InterVideo installation. Josh, is there a possible issue relating to how you are latching on to the MPEG2 Codec. As you may recall, when I run my graph, I see the NVidia codec pop up for a second, plus the need to kill off the FastTVSync makes me wonder if there is a Codec problem.Let me know if I can help,FullDeck
