I have some problems using MyTv. From time to time TV will crash and I get a black screen and not able to watch tv (need to restart computer). I have not seen any patterns when this happens and it can run for some time without any problems, but on other occasions it will crash after 10 minutes or less. This is both when just watching TV or recording.
The errors I get is:
"DVBGraph: FAILED unable to start graph :0x80070079"
usually followed by
"DVBGraph:FAILED cannot add StreamBufferSink:4022D"
and other errors related to timeshift. (however the error log file supplied only had the first error this time, but this probably has to do with this time I didn't try to switch channel after first crash".
I am running WIn XP SP2, I have used both the MS DVB patch and the later patch for MCE (those patches mentioned in the requirements). I had this crash bothe before and after I have installed the patches.
Also using "Terratec Home Cinema" works fine. Never crashed so far.
Signal strength and quality is good (95-100% signal strength and 100% quality).
I am using the "MPV decoder.
The Terratec supplied software is using "Terratec Video Decoder" (can use MPV there as well but hadn't crashed so far, but have not run with it that long though). That filter does not show up in MP setup btw (is it possible to use it in MP? In Terratec Home cinema it looks better than MPV decoder).
Any ideas what to do ?
