If I have only one TT DVB-C 1500 card in my TV card list ok
but if I add the 2nd one I have the error box "Failed to render video out pin MPEG-2" when I start myTV

In first time I try to replace one TT DVB-C 1500 by a Technisat Cablestar2 with the same problem on the TT card (BDA)

I swap these 2 cards in my computer (pci slot) and now it's solved. :?

I didnt have the courage to test again with the 2nd TT card (I put it it in my dev computer)

now the card is in my dev computer and I have the same error.

It's a little bit more documented with sources installed on my computer

with DriverCleaner and a new installalation of the latest BDA drivers all is right now
