I changed some other things to resolve problems in MyVideos, MyVideos database,Players and DaemonTools. This is not full fix but I think you will have much less problems until we find complete solution.

Also i did not play VCDs. After your patch i just give it another try. And i still can't play VCDs. I tried use watchdog tool but failed. When i try to play a VCD MP totaly crashing. It was not crashing before.
I also have another problem with my videos folder. My configured videos folder was dissapared last week. When i chose my videos in MP it shows me my music folders. But it was good after my upgrade from 1.2.0 RC to 1.2.1.

Anyway i m not sure if those problems are linked with Turkish characters but i ll try to send you logs.

For sure I will mantis this as a big bug in MP. Strange how this was not noticed before as this bug is in MP for ages.

It has been fixed previously, although the mantis entry is not the most descriptive.

It's just a minor fix for textures, now in MP code there is ton of problematic code for Turkish users (every file/path/extension) compare with ToLower() is sitting bomb for them. Just switch your locale to Turkish and try MP with DVDs or ISO images with uppercase filename extension.

DVDs are unplayable, images are not visible in shares and can't be mounted....

Could be a same issue because whole extension checking in internal MP players are as ToLower(). Please try new files, maybe it will help.

Good morning,

Mp finally succesfully played a VCD. But it was very strange. When i put VCD on tray MP asked me for autoplay, i accept it then Mp looks like freezed. Then i had some other works to do, i went somewhere and surprisely when i came back (about 5 minutes after) VCD was playing Logs attached. (MP working with your lastest patch files)

The same .ToLower() bug also exists in TV Server side. I was the one submitted the patch for skin engine problem.
But since I started using TV Server, I changed my HTPC's Regional Settings to English, otherwise TV Server, TV Server Configuration etc. doesn't work which I also mentioned in my previous post
I once tried to replace all .ToLower() to .ToLowerInvariant() while MP was v0.3.x just to see if it works that way and it did work, but since it is not logical to change everything like that, I didn't submit anything else.

I changed my OS (win7 ultimate) language to English while my MP language still Turkish. In this condutions i can play all DVDs and VCDs.
