This is a quick post to let everyone know that the new DViCO Dual Digital 4 will not work in any Dell PC.

I purchased this card for use in my Optiplex GX620 as an upgrade from my Compro DVB-T300. However, when I removed the old card and installed the DViCO, windows failed to boot. It just hangs with a black screen.

A clean install causes the Windows setup to hand in the blue DOS window when it is "Starting Windows".

I used clean XP Pro and Home disks and Dell versions of XP Home and Pro, nothing worked.

I also tried the card in the following Dell PCs at work today with no luck.
- Optiplex GX620 Full Tower
- PowerEdge 1800
- PowerEdge 1400SC
- Precision Workstation 370
- Precision Workstation 470

All have roughly the same results.
I bought the card from UMART.NET, they will only give me store credit, no refund, so I am getting an MCE keyboard and remote and a little R/C Helicopter...

Hopefully this saves someone else from wasting their money

Im using a Dvico Dual Digital 4 in a Dell GX620 SFF and its working fine?

I had the Dual Digital 2 first and it worked fine for months and then all of a sudden this high pitch noise was coming from the card, it was replaced under warranty by a Dual Digital 4 and the noise still continued? so i gave up on the noise issue until...

I then installed Vista on the weekend and noticed the noise had gone away so im assuming it was something to do with my chipset drivers in xp causing some issues for the card.
