DvrMpegCutMP and DirectX problems (1 Viewer)

Hi there , today i checked MP logs expecially the error.log.
Someone could explain me what that means :

Hi,

Start off with removing the separate dvr-mpegcut plugin from the plugins\windows\, since it's included in MP with recent SVN versions. Remember to start off with a clean RC4 install before adding a current SVN snapshot. Saves you from trouble like this. And, posting with a filled in support template increases the chance of someone answering to your post *sigh*.
