The best codec regarding picture quality and framerate for HDTV (dvb-s2) is cyberlink with DXVA enabled. But for some reason the codec hangs my computer, not even a BSOD, just a compleatly hang! Seems to be the graphic driver that crash and a reboot is the only way out. Tried PDVD10 and the Cyberling H.264 driver that was bundled with my Terratech card, same for both. Updated the nvidia driver as soon a new version is out several times, still the same problem. It can actually work for days, then all of a sudden the computer hangs. I think it happens when the signal gets weak and there is some noice in the stream. So for now i'm stuck with coreAVC (fps all over the place and not as sharp in quality as cyberlink). So please! Anyone who has any idea? Regards Moelito [/QUOTE]
