HTPC Case: DIY

Power Supply: Ref. 350W
Screen: MAG 19" CRT 1024x768 85Hz
The system is clean install with XP SP3 drivers and Media Portal, DXVA is UP (DXVAChecker) .
Media type used, YOUTUBE HD mp4 (Media Info Validated) :
Problem reproduction and steps:
1. The file plays fine with latest MPC-HC with dxva working both windowed and full screen. Output is set via VMR9 renderless.
2. Same file in MP in full screen only while producing same graph as with MPC-HC (graphstudio) makes screen artifacts and flicker mostly in green and video being played "choopy".
3. Same file in MP in full screen with FFDSHOW video decoder (DXVA OFF) plays fine.
Final Thoughts :
I think it's not driver or DXVA settings related - MPC-HC plays the file fine.
Maybe MP renderer doesn;t like something in full screen refresh rate , vsync or something else.
Other files with DXVA play fine in MP - say 4 or 5 ref frames.
Thanks
