[QUOTE="Raador, post: 320096, member: 47909"] Now my computer has gone a bit strange on me. After the crash mediaportal won't start even after an unistallation and reinstall. This is what the log says: 2008-10-24 22:40:34.170632 [ERROR][MPMain]: MediaPortal: Unhandled exception occured 2008-10-24 22:40:34.186232 [ERROR][MPMain]: Exception :System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Configuration system failed to initialize ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Root element is missing. I think I will wait a bit and see if someone solves the problem. hopefully this is a problem which will be solved soon. =) I use 8.10 also, and in mediaportal acceleration have worked fine both with the PowerDVD8 codec and MPC codec. The files I have tried has been in 1080p format. [/QUOTE]
