You should definitely have a refreshrate which matches the FPS from your video source or is a multiple of it else you will get judder (if you press shift+1 you will see that the red line jumps a lot). But some people don't even notice judder so you have to test it. Example:PAL TV in general is 25FPS so you can set your TV to 75Hz.
