I ran the bug reporting debug function, after running a couple files it did it's thing and crashed the desktop. The video audio was still running in the background, chrome windows were accessible via ALT TAB and the desktop background was visible but the taskbar and icons had disappeared and the mediaportal had also seemingly vanished from view. Only way to get it back to normal is to restart or log out and back in to windows.

Also I don't know what to do with all of that other stuff you sent me, batch files and etc.
