Hi,

is there any easy access to stored playlists, maybe I'm missing something? Selecting MyMusic, open side-menu, scroll down and open submenu to scroll down there again seems a bit awkward to me. Selecting them by shares view contradicts the carefully tagged and well furnished database-related views.

Accessing playlists via MyRadio would be a good solution IMHO, as the playlists could be selected by nice corresponding graphics.
I experimented with MyRadio and local m3u-playlists, but unfortunately they either don't work at all, or generate an error message (something like "TV-card busy") or open the m3u and display each contained track.

Thanks
Thomas

Well, the way you described above is the only way to accss playlists currently. a skinner could however place a button, which navigates directly to them.
An alternative, if you want to play the same playlist instantly, is using my OneButtonMusic plugin, which allows easy playback of playlists

Thanks. Yes, OneButtonMusic ist currently the solution I use and forgot to mention, sorry. It is a little bit confusing to my family, as they have to maintain a note which number corresponds to which (sometimes changed) playlist. Placing a skin button sounds like there may be an ID, which probably could be used also with Shortcut'er? However, I didn't found one within the XMLs (seems dialogs are referred to by XML-local, embedded numbers), the window IDs list states only the active playlist screen itself. Well, OneButtonMusic is a way to select quickly up to 11 playlists, thank you.
