EDIT: Template info + log added below

I just got an Emuzed Maui-III PCI PVR Media Center TV Tuner Card R1 off ebay and it seems the card is fine when I went into the MediaPortal setup and clicked add a card it said "Unable to create graph for this device!!" Then the normal "Edit properties of your TV cart" appears and in the drop downbox I have two choices...
"ATI Rage Theater Video Capture (ATI AIW 9600 Cards or later)"
and
"Emuzed Maui III-G Device (Emuzed Maui III PCI PVR Gateway)

So I chose the second one the two boxes below it stayed greyed out (the "Audio capture card" and "Line input" boxes) but the card has on-board sound processing so that is probably why those stay greyed out.

I went ahead and hit "Autotune" and it found all of my channels just fine so then I went and hit "Autotune Radio" and it found some but I don't have an antenna so I didn't get all of them. Anyways now I hit Ok.

It all seemed good to go, so I started up MediaPortal, the taskbar disappears as it should the home screen loads but i can't change the selection it just sits there and does nothing. I can't hit the "X" so I hit Alt+F4 and it closes to system tray, and the taskbar remains gone so I CTRL+ALT+DEL and "End Process" "mediaportal.exe" process still missing taskbar. So I "End Process" "explorer.exe" and then go File -> New Task -> type in explorer and hit ok
So now I got my taskbar back...yay

I go back into MediaPortal setup and remove the tuner card and start up MediaPortal again and it works like normal except no tv or radio because I removed the card from setup ofcourse.

Anyideas why its not working? I know it is on you list of supported cards, but why doesn't it work

What INFO do you need from me to help get this fixed? I have a GraphEdit thing do you want me to send it eventhough you probably already have it?

Here are the Specs, Downloads, etc.

EDIT: Just played around somemore with the MediaPortal Setup and I was adding the card again and I kept switching the "TV Capture card" and after selecting the ATI one a couple of times I got the "Unable to create graph for this device!!" So that error message is coming from the ATI thing not the Emuzed card but thats fine because I am not using the ATI thing the ATI thing is just the VIVO on my ATI X850 Pro. But it is Still Not Working

UPDATE:
I got it to semi work, I had to remove everything that had to do with the Radio Tuner because everytime I started MediaPortal I could hear static from the Radio so obviously it was starting up the Radio along with the TV Tuner causing conflict so I am now able to watch TV, although everything runs slow compared to BeyondTV which we have on our real home theater PC, but it is not unbearably slow for now right now I just want to figure out what is going on with the green bar, see screenshot it is still there when i goto fullscreen video aswell.
I have tried changing the Video Codec to a few different things, I don't remeber which ones but it just won't go away I also tried a different Video Renderer from VMR7 to VMR9 Renderless but no luck. Also it is cutting off parts of the video as well see the second screenshot the numbers are cut off
