[Bug] epg-grabber problem after channel import (2 Viewers)

hi! i've recently set my system up new and wanted to import my tv-channels which i exported before.
all went well, except in the tv epg grabber i've entcountered a problem. when i press the "all grouped"-button -> ALL channels get selected. but i only have the "all channels" and a "TV" group.

all grouped option selects all channels existing in ALL channels+"Anyone else" group, so if all your channels exists in your "TV" group then this is correct behavior

i've got only ~30 channels in the TV-group. in the "all channels" group are over 800. so "all grouped"-button behaviour isnt correct. it should only select my few tv-group-channels and not ALL.

Hi devs
i has founded what cause that bug.
when importing, channels added to allchannel group twice
tomorrow i will make a patch to solve that issue.
