epg listing different to what is on the channel etc (2 Viewers)

Im having real problems with the setup of the epg, while i have listings in the epg, the channel information and whats on is not always correct, so what it says is on a channel is actually something else when you view it, and i cant seem to pick up cbeebies at all for instance.
ive been playing around with mp for a while now and cant get the tv epg ro work very well at all, ive tried to get the web epg to work which grabs channels but it makes no difference to the actual epg view or listing.
I have the movies and music and radio working and pictures.
Im only using one machine no server at present, any help will be much appreciated, sky goes off on the 17th july so need this fixing asap please.

i also have saf v 5.02 installed and unlocked.

Does that only happen with specific channels?
Is the EPG out by a set period (eg. 2 hours... so it shows what was on two hours ago, or what will be on in two hours' time)... or is it only incorrect in a handful of cases?

cbeebies is a childrens channel in the uk lol

as for the epg more 4 displays the wrong programs all day long and channel 5 shows channel 4 listings.

also as of this morning when i go to watch tv through the media portal, media portal will stop responding and i have to manually shut it down ?

and then i have to restart windows as i loose all my windows bar acroos the bottom and can only click on the start menu to restart the pc.

i have done a clean install of windows 7 x64 and all drivers are up to date

These are shared channels ie BBC3\4 same frequency as Cbeebies\CBBC, so you need to do 2 scans, one daytime and one evening.

There's a few like this.

did try that but could not get it working with 1.1.3 media portal and some others in the thread are also asking which version of the sky software to use and where to get the files without the full installer which includes older version of media portal, if that makes sense lol

When was the last time you scanned? You can't manually choose what data goes with which channel when you use the EPG grabber. It seems strange that you would be the only one seeing this...

ive scanned twice in the last 24 hours, once this afternoon which gave me cbeebies and a few others and last night for all the channels first scan.

The epg is still the same as before with channel 5 showing the same listings as channel 4, and more 4 to name another showing wrong epg info.

hope logs help and i not made too many mistakes, thanks for all your help and time.
