Hi everybody.
I am new to Media Portal, and pleasantly surprised. It works like a charm with my new DVB-C tuner card. When I do a scan, it locates every channels – Something MCE didn’t do.
However – I have some problems with the EPG.
When I select “MY TV” and enter “TV GUIDE”, It says that there is no EPG available for any of the channels. I do see the name of the channel on the left hand side and I can choose it, and it plays well. So that works fine.
But when I try to set up EPG, and import it, it makes a duplicate of every channel + a bunch of other channels that I don’t have access too. I can then see the EPG for the new channels, even the duplicate ones. In short terms, I can see two versions of MTV – One without EPG and one with.
The one without EPG is a working channel, but the one with EPG isn’t. And that’s how it is with every channel.
Is it possible to add the working EPG from MTV to the MTV channel that is actually working?
