I have gotten a strange problem after upgrade from 1.1.3 (which ran for many months without issue). When starting MediaPortal TV I get EPG for last used channel. I do not have auto TV on. However when I enter the TV guide sometimes no data is avaiable and other times all visible channels have EPG data. But when I have data and scroll down to the next channel not visible on screen all epg data disappears - also from the channels that just had them...

I've noticed that mysqld.exe is using about 50% cpu for about a minute when I enter the TV, TV Guide or selects another channel without data in the TV guide (not activating the channel just clicking on its entry). Once I do start a given channel I have no problems with watching it. I have not had any data in the miniepg yet.

EPG is set to gathering data for selected channels in my "all channels" group where only about 1/6 is active.
I have tried disabling and reenabling EPG CRC, and selecting only two languages to look for - none of which helped.

I have not yet tested a clean install since the original tv channel scan (in 1.1.3 at least) missed some channels not in the config file spectrum. I forget where but I had a hard time modifying this and don't want to rediscover how to do it unless I really have to.

I have installed Steamed MP skin - but the issue is there when i switch to default wide or run in debug mode where attached logs are from.

could you just check your database
Open up a command prompt (as admin if Vista / Win7)
navigate to MySQL Bin folder (is C:\\Program Files\\MySQL\\MySQL Server 5.1\\bin for me) and enter
    Code:
    mysqlcheck --user=root --pass=MediaPortal --auto-repair MPTVDB

    And you have forgotten logs...
