Excellent! We have come a long way since programming our VHS recorders!

A truly reliable source for an EPG would be an asset that might be worth a monthly subscription. But of the three EPG sources that I have used (Microsoft internet EPG, DVB-T broadcast EPG, Radio Times magazine (other listings magazines are available)), they have all had errors or deficiencies. My custom these days is to review the recording schedule more or less daily, to ensure that what I am expecting to record is in fact what is scheduled to record.
